In 2013, based on the Russian market’s demand and vast experience in the construction of cottage houses, the company decided to create a separate production line for the manufacture of rounded logs - the OCB-43. To make the production line more capable of producing quality products, new equipment from the Termit Machine-Tool Plant was purchased.

OCB-43 has its own production cycle and design patterns for construction using rounded logs. Its services are categorized into several items, namely:

Rounded log production.

Logging operations for rounded logs are done only in winter . During this season, the pine forest is much drier, and the absence of sap flow is an advantage. Therefore, when a tree has less moisture, it only needs a simpler processing procedure. Additionally, it also dries quickly enough and becomes less prone to decay and warping. Hence, shrinkage is reduced.

Log processing is done in stages. Using modern equipment in the woodworking industry makes it possible to produce logs at the highest level of quality.

• At the first stage, the bark is removed from the log, then it is passed through a series of cutters. After which, the product in an ideal cylindrical shape with a smooth surface comes out.
• The second is the trimming process. With accuracy based on measurement, fastening locks and grooves are cut. This closes the gaps between the logs when fitting. As a result, the structure acquires good thermal isolation features.
• The final stage is the coating. Logs are coated with a special substance to protect them from decay agents or from certain damages during construction. This procedure also makes the material become fire resistant.
