Rounded log production

The factory is located in the Kirov region. Products are delivered to a construction place. You can read below the main stages of processing.

The main stages of processing

1. Logging

Logging is done in the winter season, or to get an even better result, from late autumn to early spring to ensure that there is no tree sap flowing.

2. Sorting

Harvested woods are being sorted according to size before being delivered to the factory. Basically, the length of the raw log should be longer than the length of its future product by 20 millimeters. Logs are chosen to minimize hardwood loss.

Sawlogs to be manufactured are selected according to GOST 9463-88. These are divided into two grades - the first grade and the second grade.

3. Processing

Selected materials are brought into the machine for processing. Rounded logs go to the marking line then marked and labeled before cut into separate parts.

4. Cutting

Logs are notched, and the measurement of notches vary according to the specified measurement done beforehand.

5. Packing

Finished outputs are packed and delivered to a warehouse and then to a construction place.

For processing, highly commendable and effective equipment is used in order to minimize crown gaps and ensure accurate configuration. So, we produce sets of logs for wood-building construction. In this way, heat loss in the house is minimized. The best thing about rounded logs is their remarkable strength that can hold a building for a very long time.

Equipment for rounded log production

We use machines with the latest machine brand called TERMIT. These machines were manufactured in 2013. Each has two main types: positional and walk-through.

Multi-purpose woodworking machine: TERMIT-320U

A woodworking machine that transforms logs into a profile beam. The device can achieve a diameter of 160 - 320 millimeters. It is also used for exclusive groove milling and achieves a perfect longitudinal recess. The device has a certain mechanism for soft adjustment of the feed rate. This feature upgrades the quality of the outputs and increases productivity.

TERMIT-320-CHPG

This machine makes a bowl out of a log and is operated using hydraulics. Its purpose is to make a groove at angles of 30, 45 and 90 degrees in a log when producing the house details.

This duplex automated machine is in a class of its own. It guarantees impeccable quality log exterior by cutting an inclined bowl from the log itself.

TERMIT 320TG(M)

This machine is used to cut logs for manufacturing house parts.

Device for stropping sharp edges: TchH-1R-F000.00RE

This stropping machine is used for sharpening any kind of knives or carbide cutters used in TERMIT equipment.
