Our company launched the pellet production line in 2013. The pellets are used as biofuels in the energy industry and as bases in slabs and laminate flooring. We are interested in partnership suggestions about selling this kind of fuel. We can pack the pellets in big packs with the net weight that range from 700 to 1000 kilograms/pack.

About product

Pellet is a modern type of ecological fresh biofuel. They look like cylindrical granules. Pellets have several advantages: they are not subject to self-ignition; do not cause an allergic reaction in people; have an affordable cost; contain low ash value; and many more. In most cases, they are also used to fuel a fireplace using special granule boilers.

Production

Our company produces pellets from different wood processing waste (sawdust, shavings, wood chips, wood residues, etc.). Prior to production, we carefully set up and dry the raw material that we are going to use. After completing the necessary preparation works, it goes to the crusher where it is transformed into a state of flour. After which, the resulting mass goes into a special press granulator. Then cylindrical pellets come out of it. To get rid of left-overs, crumbs are being separated from well-processed ones and sent back for secondary pressing. The pellets then go through the cooling process. After that, these pellets are then sorted, packaged and delivered to direct consumers.

It is important to emphasize that during the production process we do not add any chemical fixers to the pellets. Because of the modern and advanced equipment used, as well as strict control of all the production stages, our pellets have impeccable quality and high features.

Key features

  • They are created at high pressure without chemical fixers;
  • They might have a different length from 20 to 50 millimeters and width with a minimal difference of 6 to 8 millimeters;
  • The calorific value of pellets is five kWh per kilogram;
  • By energy content, 1 kilogram of pellets is equivalent to 0.5 liters of diesel fuel;
  • The equipment used is capable of producing 40 tons per month;
  • Pellets can be packed in bags with a net weight ranging from 700 to 1000 kilograms/bag;
  • Accurate measurement is achieved as an electronic weighing scale is used when packing.
  • The cost is 70 dollars per ton ( not including the delivery);

Packing

Big-bags are commonly used for massive storage in many areas of production. They are sturdy bags made of polypropylene. Each has slings designed for convenient grip. Packages are hermetically sealed with polyethylene liners to make sure that they are airtight.

Using

Nowadays, the amount of heat one feels when sitting in front of a pellet-fueled fireplace is comparable to that of the coal-fueled one. But using coal as fuel is more difficult because the process is done manually. In the case of pellets, the procedure is quite simple and can be done automatically.

The Use of pellets is unlimited. You can use thermal equipment with unlimited power when using pellets as fuel for heating. One thermal point can already heat a number of apartments, which is not possible with coal or gas, due to current restrictions.
