Logging
Our firm leases a portion of a forest and consumes a calculated cutting volume of 40,000 cubic meters per year where 80 specialists with 15 items of different special machines are employed.
Lumbering
The sawmill, with a capacity of 1100 cubic meters of lumber per month, is based on a disk and tape woodworking machine.
Drying
An Italian equipment, which has a total volume capacity of 320m3, is used for drying the lumber. The board is dried up to a moisture content of 8-10%, which then saves you from having problems with gluing lumber.
Glued beam production factory
This section is the warmest and driest part of the factory. This is also the area where our experts perform the most important processes in our production - gluing, profiling and house specification. Equipment from other countries, like Italy, Switzerland, and Taiwan, are being utilized for performing those processes. The exact measurement of the manufactured house parts is 0.1 mm, which allows a smooth construction without using any other type of tools (ax, hacksaw).
Finished product
- Profiled glued beam (with bowls for the project)
- Profiled glued beam up to 12 meters
- Glued wood beams (unprofiled and planed on 4 sides)
We give a ten-year warranty for the glued products and also for all of the wood house parts.
