AICA AIBON AUX-100E/AUH-5E is a two-component polymer isocyanate glue for bonding softwood wood. Suitable for radiant pine, pine, spruce and other breeds.

1. Properties

Suitable for cold pressing. Water resistant. Heat resistant. The degree of ph acidity is neutral; Contains no phenol; does not contain formaldehyde. AUX-100E/AUX-5E meets the JAS standard (Japanese Environment Law), JIS K 6806 Type 1, fire resistant.

3. Application
   1. Proportions when mixing

   AUХ-100Е / AUH-5E = 100/15 Parts

   2. Material consumption

   When working on cold-pressing technology, the recommended consumption is 250-300 grams/m2 for one layer. In the case of high-frequency electric heating technology, the recommended consumption is 200-350g/m2. It is possible to process both sides of the surface.

   3. The viability of the mixture

   Daylight saving time: 30 minutes; Winter time: 50 minutes

   4. The recommended bonding time is within 10 minutes.
   5. Cold-pressed time

   When working with pine - at least 30 minutes at 20-35C, and at least 50 minutes at 10-20C. Pressing characteristics: 0.8 - 1.2Mra (which is approximately 8-12kg/cm2) for soft wood.

   6. Features of application
   • Surface humidity should not exceed 12%.
   • The surface should be aligned before applying glue.
   • After gluing, the glued parts must be put down for at least 12 hours before the subsequent procedures of grinding, polishing, molding or final touch.
4. Packaging

AUX-100E: 1,2 tons - container. AUX-5Е: 180 kg - container

5. Lifetime

AUХ-100Е : 6 months from the production date at a temperature of 5 / 35C. UH-5E : 6 months from the production date at a temperature of 5 / 35C.

6. Test results

The glued material: pine (thickness 22mm * width 110mm) x 5 layers.

Glue: AUХ-100Е / AUH-5E=100/15 (Mixing ratio)

Consumption: 250 гр/м2 (For one layer when one side of the part is processed)

Gluing time: 5 Minutes
