Glued beam house project «Old Omutishchi»

The project was designed for construction in the Moscow region. Old Omutis
Set of walls: beam glued 140 mm and 140-120, sawed under the project, frame partitions, fasteners, antiseptic, protection of ends, beam supports, installation, frames for OK and DP.
The roof: soft shingles, rafters of the bar glued 190 to 80 mm, fastener, waterproofing, insulation.
The total area of the cottage is 175 m2. The architects of "Building Management 43" were developing the project "Old Omutschi" to make it equally comfortable to live in a young family and people of old age. The house has four living rooms, one on the ground floor, and three on the attic.
