Glued beam testing
Our firm leases a portion of a forest and consumes a calculated cutting volume of 40,000 cubic meters per year where 80 specialists with 15 items of different special machines are employed
Sawing of harvested wood is carried out using a disk, band woodworking machines.
After sawing, wood is dried using Italian-made equipment. At the same time, up to 320 cubic meters of lumber is dried.
The most important process is glued-wood production. Gluing, profiling, house specification are done by our company specialists.
The price of a glued beam is proportional to its quality. So, to guarantee the reliability and the coveted quality, beams are deliberately tested. They are immersed in cold water, then dried in a chamber, and immersed in boiling water.
