It is very pleasant to cooperate with such an amazing and well-coordinated team. The weather is very unstable, a lot of rain, but, nevertheless, all the work was done on time. Our family is expecting our second baby, so we decided to build a rounded log house under the project "Cedar" and a bathhouse "Mahogany." The main reasons of choosing this organization were the affordable construction price and the quality. Also, there was no need to always keep track on their work as they really did their job well . Unfortunately. some of the  well-known firms do the opposite, and you need to keep an eye on them all the time. In "SU43", the house was built in three weeks, a bathhouse in 8 days! Recommendations were given for the construction. So, a million thanks to the employees of the company and the builders led by Peter. Everything is done competently and, as they say, they're superb!

I decided to build a house for my parents and move them out of the city for fresh air. The firm "Building Management 43" offered the version of the glued beam house  "Dubrava." I turned to them, discussed all the conditions. My father was very picky, and even came to the construction site, controlled the whole process. In the end, everyone was satisfied. The brigade worked smoothly, efficiently and quickly. The house turned out to be a success. Well done. Many thanks.

Well, our house is ready. My husband and I have long dreamed of owning a house. We even developed our own project, but it didn't work out . When we decided to build, we started looking for builders. On the Internet came across the firm "Building Management 43" and we decided to choose it. We don't regret anything. We took into account all our wishes. The house turned out to be beautiful. Even better than we could have imagined. We would like to thank the team for the house built for us. Everything is done well.

I have a glued beam house. However, it has not been completed yet, so I am not yet living there. Why did you choose it?  Because among the wood houses, only in the glued beam house you can immediately enter, and need not to wait for a year for the shrinkage. And it doesn't crack and it won't twist or drive.  But most importantly, you need to  choose carefully the company to have the high-quality beam, so my choice is "Building Management 43." Glued beam can not be insulated, if you take the thickness of 180-200 mm.  And the glued beam is more durable, it does not rot and does not mould. For me, among all the  wooden materials, glued beam is the best material. Yes, it's more expensive. But you won't be having any problems with shrinkage and cracking. Nothing needs to be constantly twisted and snooted.

We ordered a glued beam bathhouse in the company "Building Management 43". We started with the project. They did it based on my sketches. They took all my wishes into account. They brought me to the station. Everything is fast, well-coordinated, without any problems! Builders are not drinkers!!, polite and amazing. For 45 days the  house under the roof with insulation was built!! They don't settle less on the materials. Great guys. They know what they're doing! I was pleased! I recommend it to everyone! The bathhouse looks very beautiful from natural materials, it's cozy, and the warm temperature is good. The amazing design of the bathhouse also pleases me! In spring, I will do the finishing touches of the house with the same company and the same builders.

We contacted the company recommended by our friends. We planned to build a bath complex made of logs with a diameter of 280 mm. All our wishes were discussed with the manager. After 14 days, the project was ready for construction, which really pleased me..

The team began the construction within the agreed time frame. They worked carefully and efficiently. All tasks were carried out on time specified in the contract, which is very convenient when supplying additional building materials. The construction began on July 21, 2017 and ended on , 2017. Plus they develop individual projects. We studied the proposed materials and chose the glued beam. Thanks to the managers, who explained all the pros and cons of different materials. Taking our wishes into account and adjustments in two weeks, a project was developed, which we really like. Our future house was delivered to the site within the specified time frame. It only took 30 days to construct the parts except the roof. Upon getting the house, complains did not arise. We would like to request for a bathhouse construction in the future.
