for opening.The new shop is bigger than the previous one and very spacious, equipped with the latest equipment. It's always warm here. The constant temperature in the shop is from 18 to 20 degrees, supported by the new pellet-fueled fireplace.
The new BIG BLOX cup-cutting machine can provide up to 500 m3 of finished products per month. The maximum size of the glued beam is 240*320 mm.
In the shop, it is planned to carry out a full cycle of making glued beam by set for a house construction.
First, a dry cut board is polished, then a special glue is applied to its surface, after which it (in a certain amount) is laid under a powerful press. The resulting material is then profiled. The last stage is cutting the bowls according to the given project. And ready-to-use products are being packaged
