Location.

The cottage village "Kapustny" is located in a great quiet place in the city limits, in close proximity to the city of Kirovo-Chepetsk, the territory of the district Pearl, the former "Cabbage Field", away from the noise, bustle and dust of the central streets.

The cottage village "Kapustny" occupies an area of 15.2 hectares and is located within the boundaries of Loban Presupitsky rural settlement. It consists of 93 plots of land under the IS, a land of 8 to 50 acres. All land parcels are divided, the borders are rendered in kind by wooden stakes, and are owned by the developer. Two fire reservoirs, places for the placement of transformer substations, as well as sites allowing the design and construction of facilities for the maintenance of vehicles have been designed in the village.
